olore giallo dorato. Vaniglia e
mineralità di idrocarburi in eviden-
za su zagara, ginestra, camomilla e
pesca gialla. Sorso robusto, caldo ed
equilibrato. Chiusura su timo e melissa,
ma sempre permeata da vaniglia e mine-
ralità. Fermenta in legno grande. In bar-
rique per 12 mesi, in bottiglia per altri 48
mesi. RAVIOLI BURRO E SALVIA

ubino, riflessi granato. Ciliegia
sotto spirito, mirtillo, rosa rossa
appassita, tabacco fermentato, liquirizia
e cuoio. Corposo ed equilibrato, con
tannini evoluti. Lascia al palato note
erbacee, minerali e balsamiche.
Fermentazione in botte grande. Barrique
per 12 mesi, poi lungo affinamento in
bottiglia per 48 mesi. TAGLIATA CON
PARMIGIANO E RUCOLA

olden yellow hue. Vanilla and
minerality of hydrocarbons in evi-
dence on orange blossom, broom, cha-
momile and yellow peach. Strong, warm
and balanced sip. Finish on thyme and
lemon balm, but always permeated with
vanilla and minerality. Fermentation in
big wooden barrels. In barrique for 12
months, in bottle for further 48 months.

uby hue with garnet highlights.
Cherry in alcohol, blueberry, withe-
red red rose, fermented tobacco, licorice
and leather. Full-bodied and balanced,
with evolved tannins. On the palate, her-
baceous, mineral and balsamic notes.
Fermentation in large oak barrels. In bar-
rique for 12 months, then long aging in
