R ubino, con riflessi granato. Olfatto
intenso di garofano e viola, prugna
rossa, lampone. Sentori tostati e perce-
pibile nota eterea. Giovane in bocca, ha
un tannino moderato e buona freschez-
za. Nel complesso gradevole ed equili-
brato. Maturazione in legno per 12
mesi. SPEZZATINO DI VITELLO IN
UMIDO
R osso rubino impenetrabile, è consi-
stente. Ricordi balsamici e di china,
poi pepe nero, geranio, alloro, frutta
sotto spirito, tabacco. Al gusto si delinea
gradevolmente fresco ma anche morbido
e rispondente, con un tannino evoluto. Il
finale è durevole, con ricordi di frutta
rossa. Matura in barrique per 12 mesi.

Intense aroma of carnation and
viola, red plum, raspberry. Toasted hints
and perceptible ethereal note. Young on
the palate, moderate tannin and good
freshness. Overall pleasant and balan-
ced. Aging in wood for 12 months.

Impenetrable ruby red hue, it is consi-
stent. Balsamic and cinchona recalls,
then black pepper, geranium, bay leaf,
fruit in alcohol, tobacco. The taste is plea-
santly fresh but also soft and responsive,
with evolved tannins. Long finish, with
recalls of red fruit. Aging in barriques for
