no, maggiorana e rosmarino, ingentilite
da nota dolce di vaniglia e piccoli frutti
gialli. Persistenza gustativa con ritorni di
macchia mediterranea e nota minerale
salmastra piacevole. Matura in acciaio

anto rubino con riflessi granato.
Al naso amarena, prugna rossa.
Cardamomo, vaniglia, cannella e pepe
verde. Palato ricco, con calore e tanni-
no scalpitante che ci invitano al sorso
successivo. Gradevole chiusura su
bucce di arancia rossa disidratata. In
botte grande per 12 mesi.
