opens with elegant notes of rose and
raspberry followed by recalls of musk and
green pepper. The exuberant acidity and
the pleasant tannicity emerge in an impor-
tant structure of good balance, with a spicy
finish. It will improve further with time.
Aging in oak barrels for 10 months.

corredati da una sorprendente sfumatu-
ra di menta. Buona l'acidità e impecca-
bile l'equilibrio, è coerente e ricercato
negli aromi di bocca. Finale coerente.

ubino con riflessi porpora. Apre
con eleganti note di rosa e lampo-
ne seguite da ricordi di muschio e pepe
verde. L'esuberante acidità e la piacevo-
le tannicità emergono in una struttura
importante e di buon equilibrio, con un
finale costellato di spezie. Migliorerà
ulteriormente con il tempo. Matura in
legno per 10 mesi.
