Intrigante e di personalità. Pesca, nespo-
la, mango e papaia, seguiti da cedro e lime.
Sambuco, gelsomino, mimosa e ginestra, sen-
sazioni di vaniglia e miele. Salino e dotato di
freschezza all’assaggio, ma anche morbido e
vellutato. Chiude sapido e decisamente lungo
tra echi tostati ed esotici. Matura in tonneau
per 10 mesi. TARTARA DI PESCE SPADA

Profumi invitanti di ribes rosso, foglie
di alloro, iris, vaniglia e cannella. La bocca
è piena e strutturata, le componenti fresche
e morbide si integrano e danzano tra loro
con garbo. Il tannino è maturo e ben estrat-
to. Il retrogusto regala una scia fruttata e dol-
cemente speziata. Permane per 12 mesi in

traw yellow hue with golden glows.
Intriguing with personality. Scents of
peach, medlar, mango and papaya, followed by
cedar and lime. Elderberry, jasmine, mimosa
and broom, sensations of vanilla and honey.
Salty with freshness on the palate, but also soft
and velvety. It closes savoury with a long finish
on roasted and exotic recalls. Aging in tonneau

uby hue with purple shades. Inviting aro-
mas of red currant, bay leaves, iris, vanil-
la and cinnamon. On the palate, it is full and
structured, the fresh and soft components are
integrated and dance gracefully. Ripe and well
extracted tannins. The aftertaste gives a fruity
trail and sweety spices. In French oak barrels for
12 months.
