P aglierino scintillante, con vivaci tona-
lità verdognole. Lo caratterizzano ele-
ganti profumi erbacei di salvia, maggiora-
na, finocchietto selvatico e sambuco.
Ricordi fruttati di prugna gialla, pesca,
nespola, albicocca, mela e pera.
Altrettanto intrigante l’impatto gustativo.
Sorso equilibrato e avvolgente, freschezza
e sapidità si protraggono nella chiusura.
Acciaio per 8 mesi. BRODETTO ALLA
PESARESE
Rosso rubino con riflessi aranciati.
Naso di frutta rossa matura, amarena
e marasca; molto ben definite le note flo-
reali di rosa e viola. Cuoio, cioccolato,
spezie dolci, poi torrefazione e note tosta-
te. In bocca buona rispondenza con le sen-
sazioni olfattive. Lieve prevalenza dei sen-
tori speziati nel finale soddisfacente.
Matura in legno per 12 mesi.

Sparkling straw yellow hue, with bright
yellow-green highlights. On the nose,
elegant herbaceous aromas of sage, mar-
joram, wild fennel and elderberry. Fruity
recalls of yellow plum, peach, medlar,
apricot, apple and pear. The gustatory
impact is also intriguing. Balanced and
enveloping sip, freshness and savoury still
evident in the finish. In steel for 8 months.
BRODETTO ALLA PESARESE

70% Sangiovese, 30% Montepulciano
Alcohol 13.5%- € 8 - Btls. 15,000
Ruby red hue with orange highlights.
Nose of ripe red fruit, black cherry
and morello cherry; very well defined flo-
ral notes of rose and viola. Leather, choco-
late, sweet spices, then roasting hints and
toasted notes. Good correspondence with
the olfactory sensations on the palate.
Slight prevalence of spicy overtones in the
satisfying finish. Aging in wood for 12
