dorate. Gradevoli note di pesca
matura e nespola, fragranti nuance di
acacia. Al palato è di buon equilibrio,
con una dolcezza misurata e un'adegua-
ta acidità che lo rendono intrigante.
Delicati aromi di mela in chiusura. Uve
appese per 2 mesi. Maturazione in
acciaio sui propri lieviti per 7 mesi.

streaks. Pleasant notes of ripe
peach and medlar, fragrant nuances of
acacia. On the palate, it is well bal-
anced, with a measured sweetness and
adequate acidity that make it intriguing.
Delicate aromas of apple in the finish.
Grapes hung for 2 months. Aging in
steel on its own yeasts for 7 months.
