na insolita tonalità paglierino tenue
preannuncia l’originalità del profilo
olfattivo. Albicocca, arancia e limone can-
diti, noce. Melissa e fiori di lavanda.
Datteri e zafferano. All’ingresso in bocca si
concede dolce, ma immediatamente l'aci-
dità e la sapidità riportano il sorso verso il
raggiungimento di un mirabile equilibrio.
Finale fruttato. Vendemmia tardiva in pre-
senza di Botrytis sulla pianta. Fermenta e
matura in barrique di Allier per 12 mesi.

n unusual pale straw yellow tone
anticipates the originality of the
olfactory profile. Apricot, candied orange
and lemon, walnut. Lemon balm and
lavender flowers. Dates and saffron. On
entering the mouth, it is sweet, but imme-
diately the acidity and the savour make the
sip wonderfully balanced. Fruity finish.
Late harvest in the presence of Botrytis on
the plant. Ferments and ages in Allier bar-
