L'esperienza olfattiva è ricca e
articolata su albicocche disidratate, dat-
teri, miele, caramello e leggera nota
fumé. Il sorso è coerente e dominato da
un'avvolgente e saporita dolcezza.
Chiude con sfumature di frutta caramel-
lata. Uve appassite naturalmente per 4
mesi. Riposa in piccole botti di ciliegio
per 60 mesi.

The olfactory tasting is rich and wide
with hints of dried apricots, dates, caramel
honey and a slight smoky note. The palate
is consistent and dominated by a fulfilling
and tasty sweetness. It closes with sensa-
tions of caramelized fruit. Grapes naturally
dried for 4 months. Aging in small cherry
