Giallo paglierino. Erbe aromatiche,
timo, salvia e rosmarino. Ricordi
di melone e percoca. Richiami floreali
di ginestra e camomilla. Al gusto è
caldo, ma aggiunge una freschezza
agrumata, racchiusa nella piacevole
sapidità. Intrigante la sensazione
ammandorlata in chiusura. Matura in
acciaio per 8 mesi. n RAVIOLO DI
CERNIA CON CREMA DI GAMBERI
R osso rubino delicato. All’olfatto
riconoscimenti di ciliegia, mora e
mirtillo. Seguono sprazzi floreali di
rosa, iris e viola. Nuance tostate e di
cacao in polvere. Il sorso, semplice,
immediato ma non banale, denota una
freschezza piena e una lieve tannicità.
In barrique per 16 mesi. n ARROSTO

S traw yellow hue. Aromatic herbs,
thyme, sage and rosemary. Scents
of melon and Percoca peach. Floral
hints of broom and chamomile. The
taste is warm, but it adds a citrus fre-
shness, enclosed in the pleasant savor.
Intriguing sensation of almond in the
finish. Maturation in steel for 8 months.

D elicate ruby red hue. Notes of
cherry, blackberry and blueberry
on the nose. Followed by floral flashes of

cocoa powder hint. The sip, simple,
immediate but not ordinary, denotes full
freshness and slight tannicity. In barri-
