complesso che emana nuance di
rosa canina e tarassaco, sentori fruttati di
nespola, mela cotogna e mandorla verde.
Evocazioni minerali di pietra focaia. Il
palato è pervaso da una sapidità imponen-
te, comunque accompagnata da una viva-
ce freschezza. Raggiunge un ottimo equili-
brio e una discreta armonia grazie alle pia-
cevoli morbidezze. Chiude salino. Matura
in acciaio per 12 mesi.

hints of medlar, quince and green almond.
Mineral recalls of flint. The palate is pervaded by
an impressive savor, however accompanied by
lively freshness. It achieves an excellent balance
and a measured harmony thanks to its pleasant
softness. Salty finish. Maturation in steel for 12
months.

su accenni di acacia e zagare, i pro-
fumi fruttati vanno dalla nespola a fre-
sche brezze agrumate di lime. In bocca
le sensazioni fresco-sapide si bilanciano

perdurando piacevolmente a lungo. In
