verdolini. Olfatto fine di ginestra,
erba cedrina, biancospino, mallo di
noce. Seguono pompelmo, mela coto-
gna e nespola. Il sorso è gustoso, avvol-
gente, vellutato, la ricchezza al gusto è
sostenuta da un'esemplare spalla acida
che mantiene vivo il persistente finale.
Maturazione in acciaio per 6 mesi.

elicate nuance paglierino. Il naso
è accarezzato da sentori di
mughetto, zagara e foglie di tè verde.
Poi limone, mandorla e prugne gialle.
Netto il timbro salmastro che stuzzica
l'olfatto. All'assaggio è vibrante, il sorso
è piacevole e gratificante, l'abbraccio
tra sapidità e freschezza invita a un
nuovo assaggio. Solo acciaio per 4
mesi.

fine scents of broom, lemon verbena,
hawthorn, walnut husk. Then grapefruit,
quince and medlar. The sip is tasty,
enveloping, velvety, the richness on the
palate is supported by an exemplary
acidity that keeps the persistent finish
alive. Maturation in steel for 6 months.

the valley, orange blossom and green tea
leaves. Then lemon, almond and yellow
plums. Clear brackish note that tantali-
zes the nose. On the palate, it is vibrant,

embrace between savor and freshness
invites to a new taste. Only in steel for 4
months.
