kiwi. Mughetto e di erba cedrina. Al
gusto rivela la sua vena acidula resa
equilibrata da un tenue tenore alcolico
e da lievi cenni di zuccheri residui che
allungano la permanenza di vegetale
agrumato. In acciaio per 3 mesi. n

CON LE TELLINE
Granato. Apre con evidenti note
tostate di polvere di caffè e ricordi
di liquirizia. L’olfatto volge poi a confettu-
ra di prugna e bouquet di fiori secchi. La
trama tannica è sottile, con potere asciu-
gante, discreta la morbidezza a bilanciare
il gusto. Vino maturo che lascia la bocca
amaricante. Maturazione in tonneau

nuances. Yellow plum, citrus and
kiwi. Lily of the valley and lemon verbena.
The taste reveals its acidic vein balanced by
a low alcohol content and by hints of resi-
dual sugars that lengthen the permanence

Garnet hue. It opens with evident toa-
sted notes of coffee powder and lico-
rice. The nose then turns to hints of plum
jam and a bouquet of dried flowers.The tan-
nic texture is subtle, with drying power, a
measured softness balances the taste.
Mature wine that leaves bitter sensations in
the mouth. Maturation in tonneau d'Allier
