arriva pesca e frutta esotica. Al gusto la
cremosità della bollicina è esaltata da
ottima freschezza e tenue sapidità.
L'equilibrio è ottimo. Residuo zuccherino
appena percettibile in una lunga ed ele-
gante persistenza. Sui lieviti per 3 mesi.

delicate yellow flowers and a light note of
biscuit. Then come peach and exotic fruit.
On the palate, the creaminess of the bub-
ble is enhanced by excellent freshness
and light savor. The balance is excellent.

long and elegant persistence. On yeasts
