nespola disidratata. Tocchi di vaniglia e
anice, miele di castagno e alloro.
Piacevolissimo equilibrio tra le note dolci
e una perfetta acidità. Si spegne con
appunti di caramella d’orzo e nocciole
tostate. Appassimento in cassette per 3
mesi. Matura in barrique usate per 14
mesi.

apricot and peach jam, dehydrated
medlar. Hints of vanilla and anise, chest-
nut honey and bay leaves. Very pleasant
balance between sweet notes and per-
fect acidity. It closes on notes of barley
candy and toasted hazelnuts. Drying in
boxes for 3 months. It matures in used
barriques for 14 months.
