Bollicine fini, numerose e persi-
stenti. Rosa canina, glicine, ciliegia e
prugna rossa. Fresco ed equilibrato, con
accenno minerale e di erba cedrina nel
finale. Sosta sui lieviti per 3 mesi.

L ight pink hue with coppery high-
lights. Fine, numerous and persist-
ent bubbles. Rosehip, wisteria, cherry

mineral hints and cedar grass in the fin-
ish. On yeasts for 3 months.
