consistenza. Pervade l'olfatto con
spiccate percezioni di banana, pera ed
erbette aromatiche. Secco al palato, sci-
vola delicatamente nel suo perfetto
equilibrio tra calore e freschezza.
L'intensità gustativa conferma quella
olfattiva nella sua consolidata struttura.
Matura in acciaio per 6 mesi.

ubino tendente al granato. Sentori
di rosa e viola leggermente appassi-
te. Poi legno secco e humus avvolti in
un'elegante nuvola di pepe nero e tabac-
co. Ciliegie, ribes e more. Bocca scorre-
vole, calda e avvolgente, l'elegante tan-
nino è innervato da puntuale freschezza.
Di grande persistenza e sicure capacità
evolutive. In rovere francese per 24 mesi.
