Tiglio e biancospino, pera matura
e pesca gialla. Lievi cenni di mandorla
verde e sfumature vegetali. Sorso roton-
do e vellutato, ma al contempo equili-
brato da giusta componente acida.
Retrogusto di agrumi, scia sapida.
Matura in acciaio per 8 mesi.

L’olfatto è delicato e apre vegetale
di erba appena tagliata e asparago. Poi
biancospino e acacia, pomacee. Al
palato stimola la salivazione per eviden-
te freschezza e sapidità. Imprevisto ma
gradevole il finale che richiama ricordi
di frutta dolce matura. Solo acciaio per

Linden and hawthorn, ripe pear and
yellow peach. Mild notes of green
almond and vegetable nuances. Round
and velvety sip, but balanced at the
same time with right acidic component.
Aftertaste of citrus fruits, savoury trail. In
steel for 8 months.

Delicate nose opening with freshly
cut grass and asparagus. Then hawthorn
and acacia, pome fruits. On the palate,
it stimulates the salivation for evident
freshness and savour. Surprisingly plea-
sing finish that recalls ripe sweet fruit
scents. Only in steel for 6 months.
