olore vivace dai toni paglierino e
accennate sfumature verdoline.
Acacia e camomilla aprono la strada a
erba tagliata, mandorla verde, pesca satur-
nina e pistacchio. L'ingresso in bocca è
fresco e sapido, mostra eleganza e caratte-
re. Lunga persistenza coadiuvata da inten-
se note tostate. Sosta parte in acciaio e
parte in rovere per 6 mesi. GRATIN DI

ubino di buona trasparenza. Si apre
con un mazzo di viole su fondo di
amarene, marasca e frutta sotto spirito.
Nuvola di noce moscata, zenzero, tabac-
co e pepe nero. All'assaggio ha carattere
gradevole e trova pregio nell'aver ben
mimetizzato la componente alcolica con
la struttura potente, seppur snello. In rove-
re grande per 12 mesi.

right color with straw-yellow tones and
slight yellow- green nuances. Acacia
and chamomile open the way to cut grass,
green almond, Saturn peach and pistachio.
On the palate, fresh and savoury, it shows
elegance and character. Long persistence
assisted by intense toasted notes. Aging in
steel and partly in oak barrels for 6 months.

uby hue with good transparency. It opens
with a bouquet of violas on a black cher-
ry base, morello cherry and fruit in alcohol.
Puffs of nutmeg, ginger, tobacco and black pep-
per. On the palate, it has a pleasant character
and it enhances its character hiding the alcohol
component through a powerful structure,
remaining slender. In big oaks for 12 months.
