P aglierino smagliante. Elegante cor-
redo olfattivo giocato su fiori bian-
chi di acacia e gelsomino, che accompa-
gnano giuggiola e nespola, insieme al
fine agrumato di pompelmo. Sorso
pieno, pulito con morbidezze che si
aprono lasciando spazio alla freschezza.
Echi agrumati in chiusura. Maturazione
in acciaio per 10 mesi. SAUTÉ DI
VONGOLE
R osso rubino. Al naso subito frutta
rossa sotto spirito, poi emergono
note di noce moscata, pepe verde, cumi-
no, fiori rossi appassiti e foglia di tè nero.
Gusto sostenuto da solida struttura tanni-
ca, agile freschezza e decisa sapidità.
Buona persistenza intessuta di echi di
marasca e fiori appassiti. Fermenta e
matura in barrique per 10 mesi.

D azzling straw yellow hue. Elegant
nose, scents of white flowers of
acacia and jasmine, which accompany
jujube and medlar, together with fine
citrusy of grapefruit. Full, clean sip with
softness that opens giving way to fre-
shness. Citrusy echoes in finish. Aging
in steel for 10 months. SAUTÉ DI

Ruby red hue. On the nose, red fruit
in alcohol, then notes of nutmeg,
green pepper, cumin, withered red flo-
wers and black tea leaf. Palate supported
by solid tannic structure, agile freshness
and strong savour. Good persistence
interwoven with echoes of morello cher-
ry and withered flowers. Fermentation
and aging in barrique for 10 months.
