C olore paglierino che sfuma sul dora-
to e preannuncia un bouquet olfatti-
vo importante. Apre con camomilla e
tarassaco per poi virare su erba, foglia di
edera, pesca e nocciola. Ghiaia bagnata.
Bella dinamica gustativa con alcol in
equilibrio a freschezza e sapidità. Sfuma
su ricordi rievocanti la mandorla. Acciaio
per almeno 5 mesi. SPAGHETTI
TONNO, CAPPERI E OLIVE NERE
Bella limpidezza che si rispecchia
nel suo rubino profondo. Annuncia
profumi di geranio, viola e garofano. A
seguire mandorla, peperone, foglia di tè
nero. Vaniglia, ribes nero e carruba chiu-
dono questo panorama. Secco, con otti-
ma struttura e tannino in bella evidenza,
si congeda con un finale leggermente
chinato. Maturazione in acciaio per 8

Straw-yellow hue with golden nuan-
ces. Important olfactory bouquet. The
nose, opens with chamomile and dande-
lion scents and then it turns to grass, ivy
leaf, peach and hazelnut. Wet gravel.
Beautiful gustatory dynamics, alcohol
balanced by freshness and savour. It fades
away on recalls of almond. In steel for at

Beautiful clarity that is reflected in
its deep ruby hue. On the nose,
aromas of geranium, viola and carna-
tion. Then almond, pepper, black tea
leaf. Vanilla, blackcurrant and carob
close this landscape. Dry, with excellent
structure and tannin in good evidence, it
closes with a slightly of cinchona in the
finish. Aging in steel for 8 months.
