si apre su mandarino maturo, timo e
mandorla. Presenti in bocca alcol e aci-
dità che ben si compensano l'un l'altro,
lasciando una chiusura di buccia di
limone. In acciaio per 3 mesi.
RISOTTO CON I MOSCIOLI

osso rubino con luminosi riflessi
porpora. Intenso bouquet di viole,
garofani e rose rosse, con visciola, pepe
nero e fieno appena sfalciato.
L'importante acidità e la tannicità rega-
lano un palato di estrema eleganza e
gioventù con un buon equilibrio gustati-
vo. Vinificazione in acciaio per 3 mesi.
