All’assaggio è caldo, equilibrato, corpo-
so, fresco e sapido al contempo.
Stuzzicanti ricordi finali di timo, salvia e
melissa. Fermenta e matura in acciaio

olore paglierino vivace, con baglio-
ri verdolini. Al naso propone bian-
cospino, gelsomino, tiglio, caprifoglio,
mela golden e pesca bianca. Equilibrato
in bocca, ben strutturato e dotato di evi-
dente freschezza, è arricchito da sentori
di anice e timo. Gradevole nota agruma-
ta in chiusura. Fermentazione e matura-
zione in acciaio per 12 mesi.

apple and Nectarine peach. On the
palate, it is warm, balanced, full-
bodied, fresh and savory at the same
time. Tantalizing final recalls of thyme,
sage and lemon balm. Fermentation
and aging in steel for 5 months.
