iallo dorato luminescente. Sentori
inizialmente un po’ timidi e reti-
centi ma dolci e gradevoli. Sambuco,
timo, litchi, pera williams, burro d'ara-
chidi. Sbuffo vegetale di fieno tagliato.
Sorso giovane, ma con le giuste compo-
nenti e proporzioni che armonizzeran-
no nel divenire. In legno grande per
circa 4 mesi. TRIPPETTE DI STOCCA-
FISSO IN UMIDO

iallo paglierino dorato. Profumi di
macchia mediterranea, con toni
salmastri e vegetali. Ginestre e felci,
nuance di mimosa e tarassaco. Eleganza
e armonia in bocca, fatta di carezze gli-
ceriche. Spinta fresca e grandiosa, esta-
siante sapidità. Interminabile la persi-
stenza. Matura per 18 mesi in botti gran-
di di rovere, vecchie di ottant'anni.

uminescent golden yellow hue. Hints
initially a bit faint but sweet and plea-
sant. Elderberry, thyme, lychee, Williams
pear, peanut butter. Vegetal puff of cut hay.
Young on the palate, but with right com-
ponents and proportions that will harmo-
nize with aging. In big oak barrels for

Mediterranean scrub, with salty and
vegetal tones. Brooms and ferns, nuances
of mimosa and dandelion. Elegance and
harmony on the palate, thanks to glyceri-
ne caresses. Fresh and great boost, excel-
lent savour. Endless persistence. Aging in
large eighty-year-old oak barrels for 18
