calice al naso si hanno immediate
percezioni giovanili di acacia, cedro e
lime, evidenziate da essenze erbacee, di
erba cedrina e anice, per finire con fico
e kiwi. L’entrata al palato è fresca, la
spalla acida è comunque supportata da
morbidezze ben presenti che favorisco-
no l’equilibrio. Solo acciaio per 3 mesi.

aglierino tenue. Effluvi di fiori gialli,
ginestra, rosa gialla e mimosa, con-
tornati da note erbacee di foglia di fico,
maggiorana e mandorla verde. Rimandi
fruttati di pesca saturnina e bergamotto. In
bocca le spiccate sensazioni fresco sapi-
de, lasciano il posto a calde annotazioni
gliceriche. Matura in acciaio e legno pic-
colo per 12 mesi. FETTINE DI MANZO,
POMODORO, TIMO E MAGGIORANA

immediate juvenile perceptions
of acacia, cedar and lime, highlighted
by herbaceous essences of lemon ver-
bena and anise, ending with fig and
kiwi hints. On the palate, the entry is
fresh, the acidity is still supported by
well-present softness that favors balan-
ce. Only in steel for 3 months.

of fig leaf, marjoram and green almond.
Fruity recalls of Saturnine peaches and
bergamot. In the mouth, strong fresh-
savoury sensations give way to warm gly-
ceric notes. Aging in steel and in small
