bianco, con un parco aromatico che
spazia dalle note dolci di zagara e di
mela cotogna all'orzata ed erba cedri-
na. Sorso pieno e avvolgente con
un'acidità e una sferzante sapidità che
vanno a riequilibrare un discreto teno-
re alcolico. Vino di personalità e di
persistenza. Maturazione in acciaio per

stente spessore. Tripudio olfattivo
con aromi evoluti balsamici e di china.
Acqua di rose, ciclamini e narcisi in sfio-
ritura, carrube. Eleganza ed equilibrio al
palato con alcol importante e la fre-
schezza che agisce in sinergia con il tan-
nino regalando una piacevole asciuttez-
za in bocca. Finale morbido di liquirizia
e cacao. Vinificazione in barrique per 9

Materic consistency for a white
wine, with an aromatic array that ranges
from sweet notes of orange blossom and
quince apple to barley and lemon ver-
bena. Full and enveloping sip with aci-
dity and lashing savour that rebalance a
fair alcohol content. Wine of personali-
ty and persistence. Aging in steel for 6

thickness. Olfactory triumph with
evolved balsamic and cinchona scents.
Rose water, cyclamens and daffodils in
overflowing, carob. Elegance and balan-
ce on the palate with important alcohol
and freshness that act in synergy with
tannins giving a pleasant dryness in the
mouth. Soft finish of licorice and cocoa.
Vinification in barrique for 9 months.
