iallo paglierino smagliante. Al
naso sentori di mela, tarassaco e
mimosa appassita. In bocca indugia
sulle componenti morbide, mostrando
soprattutto una suadente alcolicità. Di
buona intensità, vanta coerenti ritorni di
fiori gialli in chiusura. Maturazione in
acciaio sui propri lieviti per 6 mesi.

aglierino luminoso con pregiate
screziature dorate. All'olfatto inten-
si profumi di prugna, camomilla e gine-
stra, con nuance di melissa in sottofon-
do. Al sorso è deciso e di buona struttu-
ra, con un'alcolicità avvolgente e una
spiccata freschezza. Gradevoli i cenni
di scorza di agrumi che emergono nel
finale. Matura in acciaio per 6 mesi.

nose, hints of apple, dandelion and
withered mimosa. In the mouth, it lin-
gers on the soft components, showing
above all a persuasive alcohol content.
Of good intensity, it boasts consistent
recalls of yellow flowers in the finish.
Aging in steel on its own yeasts for 6

cious golden streaks. Intense aro-
mas of plum, chamomile and broom,
with nuances of lemon balm in the back-
ground. On the palate, it is firm and of
good structure, with enfolding alcohol
and marked freshness. Pleasant hints of
citrus peel that emerge in the finish.
