iallo paglierino con lampi dorati.
L'olfatto apre con biancospino, gine-
stra, alloro, mela cotogna e agrumi rinfre-
scanti. Tra le pieghe fa apprezzare un deli-
cato sentore di idrocarburi. Il sorso è
secco, buona la sapidità bilanciata dall'al-
col. Di ottima intensità, sfuma su echi di
bergamotto. Vinificato in acciaio, sui lievi-
ti, per 3 mesi. CONIGLIO FARCITO

este rubino dai riflessi granato. Fiori
freschi e secchi, piccoli frutti di sotto-
bosco, china, rabarbaro ed eucalipto.
Emergono anche sentori di terra umida,
humus, iodio. Il gusto è appagante, impres-
siona per struttura e alcol. Tannino magi-
strale in perfetto equilibrio con la freschez-
za. Chiusura lunga, eterea. Botte grande
per 12 mesi, affinamento in bottiglia per

traw yellow hue with golden flashes.
The nose opens with hawthorn,
broom, bay leaf, quince and refreshing
citrus fruits. Appreciable delicate hints of
hydrocarbons. The sip is dry, good savor
balanced by alcohol. Excellent intensity, it
fades on bergamot recalls. Vinified in steel,
on yeasts, for 3 months.

Scents of fresh and dry flowers, small
berries, cinchona, rhubarb and eucalyptus.
Hints of damp earth, humus and iodine.
On the palate, it is satisfying with relevant
structure and alcohol. Excellent tannins in
perfect balance with freshness. Long, ethe-
real finish. Aging in big barrel for 12
months, refining in bottle for further 12
