iallo paglierino, con screziature
dorate. All'olfatto profumi di
pesca, acacia e ginestra. In bocca è di
immediata gradevolezza e vanta un otti-
mo equilibrio. La struttura è decisa ma
elegante, con una vivace freschezza che
conduce al finale piacevole di aromi di
frutta tropicale. Matura in acciaio per 10
mesi a contatto con i suoi lieviti.
SCAMPI ALLA CATALANA

osso rubino con riflessi granato.
Apre con intensi sentori di amarena
e garofano, subito seguiti da un'intrigante
nota di tabacco. Al palato è suadente e di
buon equilibrio, con un'avvolgente mor-
bidezza che abbraccia una componente
tannica vellutata e ottimamente integrata.
Sfumature di ciliegia e rosa in chiusura.
Maturazione in acciaio per 11 mesi poi
lungo affinamento in bottiglia.

acacia and broom. On the palate, it is
immediately pleasant and boasts an
excellent balance. The structure is firm
but elegant, with lively freshness that
leads to a pleasant finish of tropical fruit
aromas. Agingin steel for 10 months on

opens with intense hints of black
cherry and carnation, immediately follo-
wed by an intriguing note of tobacco. On
the palate it is persuasive and well balan-
ced, with an enfolding softness that embra-
ces a velvety and well-integrated tannic
component. Cherry and rose notes in the
finish. Aging in steel for 11 months then
