orato intenso e luccicante.
Mandarino, cedro, zagara e mela
cotta. Camomilla, crosta di pane, salvia e
orzo tostato. Il sorso è caldo, glicerico e
rotondo, con freschezza e sapidità in mira-
bile equilibrio. L'assaggio è arricchito da
aromi di prugna gialla e mandarino matu-
ro che accompagnano il persistente finale.
Maturazione in tonneau di rovere francese
per 10 mesi. RISOTTO CON FIORI DI
ZUCCA E PISTILLI DI ZAFFERANO

ranato con riflessi aranciati. Sentori
di confettura di ciliegie, rosa appassi-
ta e legno tostato. In bocca è di grande
struttura e un tannino ancora ruvido emer-
ge in una beva che mostra anche un'avvol-
gente alcolicità. Termina con sbuffi eterei e
speziati. Sosta in acciaio per 6 mesi e in

ntense and shiny golden hue. Tangerine,
cedar, orange blossom and stewed apple.
Chamomile, bread crust, sage and roasted
barley. The sip is warm, glyceric and round,
with freshness and savor in admirable balan-
ce. The taste is enriched with aromas of yel-
lowplumand ripe tangerine that accompany
the persistent finish. Aging in French oak bar-

and toasted wood.On the palate, it is of
great structure with still rough tannins
emerging in a drink that also shows a fulfil-

months and then in large barrels for 30
