inizia con un potente sbuffo di
miele di castagno e continua con ricono-
scimenti di confettura di mele, amaretto,
fichi maturi, nocciola tostata, cannella e
china. Il sorso è potente ma elegante,
rispondente e sapido. La lunga persisten-
za lascia ricordi iodati. Grappoli appesi
per 3 mesi. Matura in rovere per 72
mesi.

ate and strong puffs of chestnut
honey, then hints of apple jam, amaret-
to, ripe figs, toasted hazelnut, cinna-
mon and cinchona. Powerful sip, ele-
gant, consistent and savory. Its long per-
sistence leaves iodized recalls. Grapes
hanging in vineyards for 3 months.
