mimosa e tarassaco, burro e crema
pasticciera. Mentuccia e zenzero, di pepe
bianco e zafferano, di anice e noce
moscata. Mandorla e albicocca con scor-
za d’arancia e pere candite. Vellutate dol-
cezze e graffianti impronte acido-sapide.
Appassimento delle uve sui graticci per 3
mesi, con muffa nobile. Fermenta e matu-
ra in barrique di rovere francese per 12
mesi.

Chamomile, mimosa and dandelion,
butter and custard. Calamint and ginger,
white pepper and saffron, anise and nut-
meg. Almond and apricot with orange
peel and candied pears. Velvety sweet-
ness and biting acidic-savory marks.
Withering of the grapes on racks for 3
months, with noble rot. Ferments and
ages in French oak barrels for 12 months.
