consistenza. Miele di castagno,
cera d'api e leggera sfumatura iodata.
Zenzero, anice stellato, vaniglia. Datteri
e fichi caramellati. Vellutato e morbido,
di ottimo equilibrio e con un caldo
abbraccio. Si congeda lentamente con
ricordi di agrumi canditi e spezie dolci.
Appassimento in vigna e in cantina. In
barrique per 16 mesi.

density. Scents of chestnut honey,
beeswax and a light iodized nuance.
Ginger, star anise, vanilla. Caramelized
dates and figs. Velvety and soft, with excel-
lent balance and warmth. It takes its leave
slowly with flavors of candied citrus and
sweet spices. Withering in vineyard and in
cellar. In barrique for 16 months.
