introverso, si concede con profumi
di mimosa, nespola, pan brioche ed erba
cedrina. Il sorso è fresco, di buona alcoli-
cità e con una discreta sapidità. Gli aromi
sono erbacei e di mela verde con una leg-
gera sensazione ammandorlata.

L
ivrea giallo paglierino che vira
verso l'oro. Fine all'olfatto, con
note di ginestra e cedro più ricordi di
ghiaia e crosta di pane. L'ingresso in
bocca è caldo e sapido, con un spinta
acida non indifferente. Il retrogusto resta
fedele al naso, si aggiunge una leggera
tostatura nel finale.

gold. Fine on the nose, with notes of
broom and cedar plus hints of gravel
and bread crust. The mouthfeel is warm
and savory, with a not indifferent acidic
boost. The aftertaste remains faithful to
the nose scents, a light toasting is added
in the finish.

verbena. The sip is fresh, with a good
alcohol content and with a discreet fla-
