olore rubino di buona trasparenza.
Subito pepe nero che caratterizza
il vino, poi l'incedere suadente del frut-
to, marasca, ribes nero e una spolverata
di noce moscata. Frutta sotto spirito.
Assaggio saporito, decisamente fresco,
con tannino in bella evidenza. Lungo il
finale dai ritorni di viola.

COTECHINO E LENTICCHIE

ubino, è di grande consistenza.
Geranio, fiori rossi appassiti, volu-
te di cioccolato, radice di liquirizia, car-
damomo. Nota ematica a concludere
questo bel quadro olfattivo. Al gusto sa
raccontarsi attraverso un sorso avvol-
gente e morbido sostenuto da buona fre-
schezza balsamica.

Immediate scents of black pepper
that characterize the wine, then a per-
suasive stride of fruity sensations,
morello cherry, black currant and a
sprinkling of nutmeg. Fruit in alcohol.
Savory taste, clearly fresh, with evident
tannins. Long finish with recalls of viola.
