Riconoscimenti di acacia, foglia di
pomodoro, rosa gialla, sambuco.
Rimandi di erba cedrina e frutta acerba.
Elegante e snello refluo salmastro. Una
freschezza netta e tagliente, che sferza il
palato, orienta il gusto finale su lime,
cedro e mandorla fresca. n TOTANI
RIPIENI CON SALSA MEDITERRANEA
G iallo dorato. Si offre subito balsa-
mico su eucalipto e menta quindi
pepe bianco, fiori selvatici ed erbe offi-
cinali. Sbuffo siliceo sullo sfondo. Un
ricordo di anice dona il tocco finale. Al
gusto la freschezza cede il passo alla
calda ma ben dosata stretta alcolica.
Termina su note di mandarino. n PESCE

nuances. Recalls of acacia, tomato
leaf, yellow rose, elderberry. Hints of
lemon verbena and unripe fruit. Elegant
and slender brackish puff. Clear and
sharp freshness, which lashes the palate
and directs the final taste on lime, cedar

G olden yellow hue. It immediately
offers balsamic hints of eucalyptus
and mint then white pepper, wild flowers
and medicinal herbs. Siliceous puff in the
background. An aniseed recall gives the
final touch. On the palate, freshness gives
way to the warm but well-dosed alco-
holic grip. It finishes with notes of tanger-
