ciclamino. All'assaggio si mostra ele-
gante e di buona struttura, con un sorso
ove primeggia una vivace e invitante
acidità. Chiusura coerente con deliziosi
ritorni di frutti di bosco e fiori.

ubino luminoso. Amarena, more e
rosa, cannella. In bocca è intenso
e avvolgente, con una tannicità energi-
ca ma gradevole e una decisa freschez-
za che fanno presagire un ottimo poten-
ziale evolutivo. Lunga persistenza di
pepe nero.
