quilibrato. L’ottima freschezza conduce a un finale di decisa
persistenza sapida.

Strawyellowhue. Aromas of elderberry, jasmine and green almond
followed by citrusy lashes. Trails of aromatic herbs, marjoramand
dill. On the palate, it is harmonious and well balanced. The excel-
lent freshness leads to a finish of clear savory persistence.

Aging Steel barrels 6 months
Straw yellowhue. It opens shyly withwhite flowers, almond, grape-
fruit and soft brackish notes. The sip is fresh and balanced and of-
fers a subtle savory trace. It slowly takes its leave on delicately bit-
ter references.
