men, red rose, geranium and viola. Then
red currant and plum not perfectly ripe.
The drink is fresh with balanced tannins,

aglierino intenso, dai riflessi verde
oro. Sambuco, gelsomino, biancospi-
no, frutta esotica matura. Seguono note fre-
sche di essenze di agrumi. Ricco e avvol-
gente all’assaggio, il sorso è setoso, elegan-
te e di struttura. Lunghi ricordi fumé ed
esotici. Sosta in acciaio, una piccola parte
in barrique, per 12 mesi. STOCCAFISSO
CON PATATE
C
olor rubino purpureo, con riflessi vio-
lacei. Profilo olfattivo floreale di
ciclamino, rosa rossa, geranio e violetta.
Arrivano poi ribes rosso e prugna non
ancora perfettamente maturi. La beva è fre-
sca con tannini equilibrati, coerente nella
tipologia. Matura in barrique usate per 12
