Rosa canina, geranio, glicine, cilie-
gia, fragola e anguria. Fresco ed equilibra-
to in bocca, sfuma su sentori agrumati
con accenno di mineralità. Maturazione
in acciaio per 7 mesi BRESAOLA CON

olore rubino, con riflessi granato.
Fruttato di marasca e prugna rossa
in confettura e floreale di rosa rossa
essiccata e geranio sostenuti da pepero-
ne, liquirizia, cuoio e tabacco fermenta-
to. Robusto, sapido ed equilibrato con
tannini vellutati. Nel retrogusto regala
mineralità di idrocarburi e note balsami-
che. Matura in botte grande per 24

hints of hydrocarbons and balsamic
notes. It ages in big barrel for 24
