iallo paglierino, con lampi dorati.
Ginestra, rosa gialla un po’ appas-
sita, miele d’acacia, cera d’api, salvia,
elicriso, zafferano, mela golden e pesca
gialla. Corposo, sapido, fresco in bocca,
sfuma nel finale su sentori agrumati e di
mandorla amara. Maturazione in accia-
io per 4 mesi.

VICENTINA

ubino carico, con riflessi violacei.
Viola e rosa rossa essiccata in eviden-
za su prugna rossa, ciliegia e pepe nero.
Sorso fresco, equilibrato e ben strutturato,
con tannini ben percepibili; si aggiungono
cenni di mineralità e leggera nota balsami-
ca. Fermenta in acciaio, matura in botte
grande per 3 mesi.

shes. Broom, slightly withered yel-
low rose, acacia honey, beeswax, sage,
helichrysum, saffron, Golden Delicious
apple and yellow peach. Full-bodied,
savoury, fresh on the palate. Citrus and
bitter almonds scents in the finish.
Aging in steel for 4 months.

rose scents prevails on red plum, cher-
ry and black pepper hints. Fresh, well-
