stente. Biancospino, sambuco e gel-
somino. Seguono cedro, erbe aromatiche e
lavanda. Delicata la nota di mandorla
amara. Avvolgente in bocca, gradevol-
mente fresco e sapido. Nel complesso
equilibrato. Finale corrispondente amman-
dorlato. Maturazione in acciaio per 14

the nose with scents of yellow rose
and dandelion. Peach and hints of
citrus fruits. Recalls of aromatic herbs
like thyme. A well-perceived alcoholic
note on the palate, marked by acid
vein. Floral and herbaceous persisten-
ce. In steel for 8 months, only a small
part in big barrels.
