G iallo paglierino. ampio di nespola,
sambuco e mandorla verde, pru-
gna matura, nuance di mimosa, paglia e
camomilla. Il corredo olfattivo si com-
pleta con richiami di zolfo e ghiaia. Al
palato è avvolgente, ricco, gustoso.
L'equilibrio esemplare tra freschezza e
sapidità accompagna il persistente fina-
le. Tutto acciaio. ORATA AL FORNO
CON AGRUMI
R osso rubino intenso. Olfatto
disposto su frutta rossa poco
matura, rosa, glicine. Al palato è suc-
coso e gustoso, con tannini giovani e
buona morbidezza. Solo acciaio.
