G iallo paglierino, con riflessi verdo-
lini. Biancospino, gelsomino,
tiglio e sambuco assieme a prugna gial-
la, mela golden e pesca nettarina.
Corposo, fresco, equilibrato, all’assag-
gio evidenzia i frutti a polpa gialla viva-
cizzati da salvia, melissa e lieve minera-
lità. In acciaio per 4 mesi.
MEZZEMANICHE CON JULIENNE DI
VERDURE
P aglierino con bagliori verdolini.
Floreale di zagara, biancospino,
sambuco e tiglio in sintonia con miele
d’acacia, cera d’api e il fruttato di mela
golden, prugna e pesca gialle. Fresco,
ben strutturato, sapido, nel finale
aggiunge una nota minerale e il ricordo
di salvia. Maturazione in acciaio, sui
lieviti, per 8 mesi. BRODETTO DI

tasting, evidence of yellow fleshed
fruits enlivened with sage, lemon balm
and slight minerality. In steel for 4

Straw yellow hue with yellow-green
glows. Floral of orange blossom,
hawthorn, elderberry and linden in
tune with acacia honey, beeswax and
Golden Delicious apple, plum and yel-
low peach. Fresh, well-structured,
savoury; in the finish, it adds a mineral
note and recalls of sage. Aging in steel,
