mimosa con ricordi di miele e foglie di tè
verde. Scambia note di orzo e mandorla
con giuggiola e prugna gialla. Mescola
potenza ed espressività, tensione, vivez-
za e succosità. È vinificato in cemento.

iallo paglierino luminoso, marcato
da riflessi oro. Emergono netti profu-
mi di fiori gialli, mandorla, legno secco
bagnato abbracciati a prugna gialla. Sbuffi
esotici ove fa capolino l'anice stellato. Ha
gusto secco, bella nota alcolica, equilibrio
e ricchezza di sapore. Nella sua maturità
si congeda con percezioni ammandorlate.

barley and almond notes with jujube
and yellow plum. It mixes power and
