fresca e mandorla verde. A seguire bian-
cospino, acacia e zagara. Al palato è
voluminoso, gradevolmente fresco e
sapido. Sul finale tornano le note di
erbe aromatiche. Vinificato in acciaio,
permane sulle fecce fini per 5 mesi.

traw yellow hue. It opens with
vegetable notes of aromatic herbs,
fresh grass and green almond. Followed
by hawthorn, acacia and orange blos-
som. The palate is voluminous, plea-
santly fresh and savoury. The aromas of
aromatic herbs return in the finish.
Vinified in steel, it stays on fine lees for
