aglierino dai riflessi verdolini.
Biancospino, sambuco, tiglio e gelso-
mino in primis seguiti da buccia di aran-
cia, foglia di tè verde, timo e salvia. Mela
verde e melone bianco in fondo. Bocca
piena di percettibile alcolicità, sorretta da
buona spalla acida. Finale lungo sapido e
delicatamente ammandorlato. Maturazione
in acciaio per 5 mesi. BACCALÀ AL
FORNO CON PATATE

iallo paglierino lucente. Intenso di
pompelmo rosa e salvia. Frutta a
polpa gialla, anche esotica, ananas e papa-
ia. Ricordi di anice stellato, biscotti e crema
pasticciera. Sensazioni di miele, zafferano
e vaniglia. Giocato sull’equilibrio e sulla
finezza, il finale persistente porta con sé
una scia sapida. Matura parte in acciaio e
parte in legno per 14 mesi. TAGLIATADI

traw yellow hue with yellow-green
highlights. Hawthorn, elderberry, lin-
den and jasmine followed by orange peel,
leaf of green tea, thyme and sage. Green
apple and white melon at the bottom.
Palate full of perceptible alcoholicity, sup-
ported by good acidity. Long and savoury
finish with gentle almond. Aging in steel

pink grapefruit and sage. Yellow fle-
shed fruit, even exotic fruit, pineapple and
papaya. Recalling of star anise, biscuits
and crème patissière. Sensations of honey,
saffron and vanilla. It plays on balance and
finesse, the persistent finish has a savoury
trail. Aging partly in steel and partly in bar-
rels for 14 months.
