P aglierino vivace, con bagliori ver-
dolini. Offre eleganti profumi di
biancospino, gelsomino, tiglio, zagara,
prugna gialla e pesca nettarina. In bocca
è fresco, sapido, equilibrato e ben strut-
turato. Chiude lentamente, vivacizzato
da appaganti sentori di anice, salvia ed
erba cedrina. Fermenta e matura in
acciaio per 6 mesi. TAGLIATELLE AL
TARTUFO BIANCO
Rubino con riflessi granato. Marasca,
anche sotto spirito, mora, prugna
rossa in confettura, garofano. Lieve sento-
re erbaceo. Il sorso è caldo, corposo e ben
equilibrato, con tannini garbati. Finale di
buona persistenza, con nota speziata di
pepe nero. Maturazione in barrique per
16 mesi. POLLO ALLA DIAVOLA

L ively straw yellow hue with yellow-
green glows. On the nose, elegant
aromas of hawthorn, jasmine, lime, oran-
ge blossom, yellow plum and nectarine
peach. On the palate, it is fresh, savoury,
balanced and well structured. It closes slo-
wly, enlivened by satisfying hints of anise,
sage and lemon grass. Fermentation and
aging in steel for 6 months.

Ruby hue with garnet highlights.
Morello cherry, also in alcohol,
blackberry, red plum jam, carnation.
Slight herbaceous hint The sip is warm,
full-bodied and well-balanced, with
gentle tannins. Good persistence in the
finish, with spicy notes of black pepper.
Aging in barriques for 16 months.
