l calice, di un paglierino intenso, sot-
tolinea con la formazione di lacrime
un buon livello di consistenza. Sentori
allettanti di fiori di sambuco e mandari-
no maturo, con richiami di polvere da
sparo e orzata. Vino di carattere con un
nervo acido-sapido importante e la giu-
sta dose di alcol. Permane in acciaio per
12 mesi.

este giallo paglierino vivace, è con-
sistente. Tostato al naso, con mela
cotogna, acacia e timo a completare lo
spettro olfattivo. Al palato è fine e la sua
distinta freschezza riesce a tenere in per-
fetto equilibrio un’importante, calda e
morbida struttura. Chiude lungo e sapi-
do con delicate note di zafferano.
Fermenta in legno grande e matura per
12 mesi in acciaio.

he chalice, of an intense straw yellow
hue, emphasizes the formation of legs due
to a good level of consistency. Attractive scents
of elderflower and ripe tangerine, with hints of
gunpowder and barley water. When drinking it
shows its character with an important acidic-
savoury nerve and the right amount of alcohol.
In steel for 12 months.

ively straw yellow hue, very consistent.
On the nose roasted scents, with hints of
quince, acacia and thyme that complete the
olfactory array. On the palate, it is fine with evi-
dent freshness that balances an important warm
and soft structure. Long and savoury finish with
delicate notes of saffron. Fermentation in large
wooden barrel, aging in steel for 12 month.
