V este rubino ricamata di porpora.
Dolci brezze di ciliegia, visciola e
rabarbaro. Sensazioni speziate di noce
moscata e pepe bianco. Pot-pourri di
fiori rossi essicati e legno secco.
Rotondo al palato, avvolgente, dalle
spiccate morbidezze che indirizzano a
una desiderata piacevolezza. Solo accia-
io per 2 mesi. GRIGLIATA DI MANZO
R ubino dagli orli violacei. Intensi
profumi floreali di lavanda e viola
e fruttati di prugna rossa e mirtillo, poi
carruba. Richiami di sandalo e note che
rimandano ai funghi. In bocca è fresco,
con un tannino ancora giovane. Lascia
ricordi di liquirizia sul finale.
Vinificazione in acciaio per 3 mesi.

R uby hue with purple nuances.
Sweet breezes of cherry, sour cher-
ry and rhubarb. Spicy sensations of nut-
meg and white pepper. Potpourri of
dried red flowers and dry wood. Round
on the palate, enveloping, with marked
softness that leads to a desired pleasure.
Only steel for 2 months. GRIGLIATA

R uby with purple rims. Intense flo-
ral scents of lavender and viola
and fruity of red plum and blueberry,
then carob. Recalls of sandalwood and
notes that refer to mushrooms. In the
mouth, it is fresh, with still young tan-
nins. Finish with recalls of licorice.
Vinification in steel for 3 months.
